Objectives

1. Skilling and Capacity Building

Skill training of farmers, companies, developmental institutions, farmer’s clubs, FPO, and cooperative leaders in latest technologies and equipment

Improve global competitiveness of India in Agriculture sector by investing in capacity building initiatives and skill development

Staff at ACF have many opportunities for growth - exposure to diverse projects and innovation - with many team members climbing the ladder quickly as a result of hard work and passion.

Field work is part and parcel of life at ACF. We go into the field early morning and sometimes come home late at night - but the impact we see on ground makes it all worth it!

Supply of skilled manpower in the identified sectors and sub-sectors.

Evolution of the sector and modulating new skill requirements for the technology changes.

ACF staff show real commitment, dedication and hard work in connecting with the community which enriches everything we do.

5. Advisory Services

Undertake planning, evaluation and implementation of strategies for improvement in the sector across geographies in partnership.

There is a genuine camaraderie among the ACF team which unites to support each other in difficult times, and celebrate during the good times.

6. Skilling Study / Assessment of Future Skilling Requirement

Undertake exercises to assess skilling requirements of stakeholders in Agriculture ecosystem at various levels.
