ON-GROUND NEEDS ASSESSMENT

HANDHOLDING AND CONTINUOUS SUPPORT
Beyond training, CEASI provides ongoing handholding support to ensure the successful implementation of learned skills and practices. This includes providing mentorship, linking groups to financial resources, and facilitating access to markets.
DEVELOPMENT OF TRAINING PROGRAMS and ADVOCY EVENTS
Based on the needs assessments, we design and deliver tailored training programs and advocacy events in collaboration with relevant industries and government bodies. These programs focus on skill enhancement, entrepreneurship, and sustainable agricultural practices, equipping community members with the tools they need to thrive in modern markets.
FORMATION & STRENGTHENING OF SHGs, FIGs, & FPOs
CEASI facilitates the formation and development of Self-Help Groups (SHGs), Farmer Interest Groups (FIGs), and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs). These community-driven collectives play a crucial role in fostering economic growth by enabling members to access financial services, share resources, and improve market linkages. We also focus on strengthening existing groups by providing training in governance, financial management, and market-oriented production.
